Extremely disappointing. We are locals and have been coming here for years but recently it has gone extremely downhill. Major food safety and customer service issues. Most importantly, today I bit into my sandwich and there was a zip tie in my tuna salad. When I brought this to the attention of staff… nothing happened. I did not finish the rest of my food, and the rest of the table didn’t eat their tuna salad since this is a clear food safety issue with metal on the food. We also have had horrible customer service experiences this week. Yesterday for lunch, I brought the attention to a food item that was rancid and expired, and the waitress argued with me that it’s “just the recipe” but it was a very clearly expired item that had a rotten milk taste… pretty distinguishable. Today, we originally were going to grab our food to go but our family wanted to meet up with us before we left so we asked to eat it inside at a table. They were clearly unhappy about this, and a waitress even told us that “the other boss would have told you to f*** off but it’s fine for today” then I found the zip tie in my food. First time trying this place and it was amazing. The oyster selection was very fresh. The smoked fish dip was delicious. The menu items are very reasonably priced but thought the fresh catch of the day on the chalkboard was really pricy for the small, relaxed atmosphere of the restaurant (scallops were $64, grouper was over $50 for example). The key lime pie was so good! The meringue on top made it unique. We will be back!

I had an amazing experience at Captain & Krewe Seafood Market & Raw Bar. The food was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The blackened grouper sandwich was hands down the best—perfectly seasoned, fresh, and cooked just right. The loaded hush puppies were next level—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and packed with flavor. Even the coleslaw was excellent, fresh and well-balanced, which really rounded out the meal. They also have a great beer selection that pairs perfectly with everything on the menu. Between the incredible food, relaxed atmosphere, and friendly service, this place is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back.

We stopped here for lunch to grab a bite. The place is really nice. It has a fresh seafood counter where you can buy fish and other seafood items, and they'll even make it fresh for you with your own pick of fish. I ended up having the clam chowder, which was excellent – a really thick, rich soup. Plus, I had the fish tacos. You get two tacos, and the fresh fish is delicious. It's a quaint little spot with outdoor and indoor seating. I recommend stopping by for lunch; you won't be disappointed.

Captain & Krewe in Naples is an absolute standout for fresh seafood. The crab cake was incredible—packed with sweet, fresh crab and perfectly cooked—and the corvina was flaky, delicate, and expertly prepared. Even the “French fries” deserve a special mention… they’re addictively good. Excellent fresh-brewed iced tea rounded out the meal. On top of the amazing food, our server Kelli was outstanding—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. A must-visit spot if you love truly fresh seafood done right.
